Integrity is one of those words that doesn’t carry a ton of impact, every business should act with integrity, obviously.

When we talk about Straight-Up Integrity we are talking about the kind of integrity that may make you uncomfortable. Having that difficult conversation with an employee. telling a customer you made a mistake. Doing what is right even if no one would ever know you cut a corner. Straight-Up Integrity means you can stand with your shoulders back and know you are acting rightly, even when it would be easier not to.

We expect incremental progress, and are not satisfied with the status quo. We hold everyone on our team to a standard of constant improvement. What was good yesterday, can and should be made better today.

This applies to every aspect of our work. We continually look for ways to utilize our resources and become more efficient in the shop. We strive to get better at communicating, better at taking criticism, and constantly look to dial in the details. We work on becoming better leaders, and we accept no passengers.
